Delivery

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery for UK products, as we only have limited space for stock items. Please call us if you want to check before ordering.

Any product from China, Canada or USA may take up to six weeks - however you will be informed at the time of placing your order. Please note all lottery ticket envelopes are special order from the USA and can take two to six weeks. These items are classed as special order and are non-refundable; this also includes wedding cake toppers, jewellery and wedding garters.

Most Envelopments ® can take two to six weeks - dependent on availability. Please note that all Envelopment orders are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable.

For handmade products including but not limited to handmade stationery and favours, please allow up to six weeks delivery - an express service is available at a charge and we will try to accommodate most events.

Once you are in our work schedule, we will endeavour to accommodate your timings for delivery.

Online items

Just add the items required to your shopping cart, which will go through to an online shopping page. At this stage, you can change the quantity of the item.

Our postage rates reflect the weight and insurance cost of the product. Anything over £50.00 will be sent by courier or Special Delivery.

£50.00 to £99.99 = £7.99
£100.00 to £499.99 = £12.00
£500.00 to £999.99 = £20

£1000.00 to £1499.99 = £22.00

All table plan only orders will be shipped by courier at the cost of £12.00.

Please contact us if you wish to have your products delivered by express - there may be an additional charge for this.

Wedding Paraphernalia will only ship products to UK mainland addresses. Any shipments to Northern Ireland or Channel Islands will cost £20.00, if over 1 kg in weight.

It is your responsibility to ensure that we have a correct postal address prior to despatch of goods. Parcels are returned to us if not collected from the Post Office in a timely manner or if Parcelforce has tried to deliver twice (cards are left through the door and the courier is instructed to give us an indication of type of door to clarify correct address). You will be responsible for all return costs. If you want to change delivery address after despatch by courier, there is a £35 charge.

All products are shipped Monday to Thursday either by Royal Mail recorded/special delivery or by 24/48 hour Parcelforce. All parcels will require a signature.

We will endeavour to ship your products within 28 days (subject to availability) - however we will notify you if there is to be a further delay. Please contact us if you require an express service.

PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT SHIP CHOCOLATE PRODUCTS IF THE WEATHER IS DEEMED TOO HOT!

Once you have added all your items, select your postage method and checkout. You will be taken through to Romancart which is a secure server, where you will indicate whether you want to pay by credit or debit card. You will receive a confirmation email of goods ordered, please check this thoroughly. Once payment is processed you will receive an email and another once goods are despatched. If you have not received your goods three working days after the date of the despatch note, please contact us for tracking information. We cannot guarantee that your postman will card a non-delivery.

Please remember that we do not despatch any goods before payment is received and cleared.

All stationery orders are shipped by courier and postage is £12.00. This ensures that the cost of the stationery is insured. We will ship to Southern Ireland and Channel Islands if all postage costs are met.

Postage & packing for all handmade samples is £1.00 per order, regardless of how many samples you order. Samples may be available of cardstock.

Consignments (except samples) will require a signature, whether recorded, special delivery or by courier. Please always refer to our terms and conditions.

Personalised gifts may be drop-shipped to you via the engravers so may arrive separately to other goods purchased. These good should be delivered within fifteen working days. If you have an urgent requirement, we do have a facility for an order to be delivered within 24 hours if ordered before 1.00 pm - please call 0845 22 63 192 for details.

Samples

All handmade stationery and favour samples are charged per item, just add them to your shopping cart. Postage and packing is £1.00 regardless of how many samples you order.

Please note that postage and packing is only £1.00 if you do not add any chargeable products (i.e. confetti, etc) to the cart.

Please allow 28 days delivery on all samples of stationery and favours. However, during the summer months this may be extended due to workload - we always give the brides that are getting married that week priority. Samples are currently taking 6 to 8 weeks for 2011 and 2012 weddings. Please only chase us if you haven't received them after this time.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you are getting married within the next one to four months, as we are sure we can juggle the schedule for you.

Envelopments®

As a licensed reseller of Envelopments, we are unable to sell DIY stock from the website. Please note the items you require and email them to us, we will then send an invoice and link to the website for payment, via email. Alternatively, call us with your order.

If you wish to discuss your DIY Envelopments options and design with us, there is a service charge of £50.00.
