Wedding Stationery

You will find that you can only purchase wedding invitations by sample on our website. This is because we want you to have the perfect wedding stationery for your wedding and we can only do this by ensuring you are happy with design, colours and above all quality. When you purchase a sample you will be contacted to find out your colour preferences and details for the insert so that when you receive the sample you will see more than just picking a sample off the website. All our designs come in any colour combination.

We can discuss delivery timings and can normally deliver within your timescales, but please bear in mind that certain times get very busy! Much of our stock arrives from Canada and USA so these timings also have to be taken into account.

Once you are happy with your chosen design, we will invoice you for your wedding and evening invitations. This invoice can be paid by bank transfer or through Paypal. If you wish only to be retained in our schedule for the time being, we will issue a non-refundable £50 invoice for payment.

If you would like us to retain time in our schedule for your on-the-day stationery at this point, we will invoice for a non-refundable £50 deposit to ensure your date is secured. This £50 will be deducted from your final invoice.

We will ship wedding stationery worldwide but all shipping costs must be met and we are not responsible for any further custom charges and taxes that may be payable on arrival.

On-the-day Stationery

If you have decided at the last minute that the task of making your own table plan, place settings, is too daunting give us a call/email as we are sure we can help and have been known to ship a table plan within two days (subject to scheduling).

Online Items

Just add the items required to your shopping cart, which will go through to an online shopping page. At this stage, you can change the quantity of the item.

Our postage rates reflect the weight and insurance cost of the product. Anything over £50.00 will be sent by courier or Special Delivery.

£0.00 to £49.99 = £4.95
£50.00 to £99.99 = £7.95
£100.00 to £499.99 = £13.00
£500.00 to £1499.99 = £25.00

All table plan only orders will be shipped by courier at the cost of £13.00.

Please contact us if you wish to have your products delivered by express - there may be an additional charge for this.

Wedding Paraphernalia will only ship products to UK mainland addresses. By agreement we may ship to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands as long as courier costs are covered, from a minimum of £25.00 - please email us to discuss further.

It is your responsibility to ensure that we have a correct postal address prior to despatch of goods. Parcels are returned to us if not collected from the Post Office in a timely manner or if Parcelforce has tried to deliver twice (cards are left through the door and the courier is instructed to give us an indication of type of door to clarify correct address). You will be responsible for all return costs. If you want to change delivery address after despatch by courier, there is a £35 charge.

All products are shipped Monday to Thursday either by Royal Mail recorded/special delivery or by 24/48 hour Parcelforce. All parcels will require a signature.

Once you have added all your items, select your postage method and checkout. You will be taken through to Romancart which is a secure server, where you will indicate whether you want to pay by bank transfer, credit or debit card, or Paypal. You will receive a confirmation email of goods ordered, please check this thoroughly. Once payment is processed you will receive an email and another once goods are despatched. If you have not received your goods three working days after the date of the despatch note, please contact us for tracking information. We cannot guarantee that your postman will card a non-delivery.

Please remember that we do not despatch any goods before payment is received and cleared.

Personalised gifts may be drop-shipped to you via the engravers so may arrive separately to other goods purchased. These good should be delivered within fifteen working days. If you have an urgent requirement, we do have a facility for an order to be delivered within 24 hours if ordered before 1.00 pm - please call 0845 22 63 192 for details.

Delivery

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery for products - although most will be within 7 days. Please call us if you want to check before ordering. Please ensure you have read our terms and conditions and not just "tick the box". Wedding Paraphernalia will not be held responsible if you have not ordered items in a timely manner. If payment is made by Paypal and we have to refund due to late ordering, we reserve the right to retain any fees we may have to pay.

Any product from China or USA may take up to six weeks - however you will be informed at the time of placing your order if we expect delivery outside of the 28 days. Please note all lottery ticket envelopes are special order from the USA and can take up to six weeks. These items are classed as special order and are non-refundable; this also includes wedding cake toppers, jewellery and wedding garters.

Most Envelopments ® can take two to six weeks - dependent on availability. Please note that all Envelopment orders are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable.

Once you are in our work schedule, we will endeavour to accommodate your timings for delivery. However, all last minute bookings must be paid for in full on the day of booking by bank transfer. Please contact us for further information.

Samples

All handmade stationery and favour samples are charged per item, just add them to your shopping cart. Postage and packing is £1.00 regardless of how many samples you order.

Please note that postage and packing is only £1.00 if you do not add any chargeable products (i.e. confetti, etc) to the cart.

Please allow 28 days delivery on all samples of stationery and favours. However, during the summer months this may be extended due to workload - we always give the brides that are getting married that week priority. Samples are currently taking 6 to 8 weeks for 2013 and 2014 weddings. Please only chase us if you haven't received them after this time.
