We know you never read them, but here they are anyway.

We will endeavour to ship your products within 28 days (subject to availability) - however we will notify you if there is to be a further delay. This does not include handmade stationery and favour orders, please contact us to discuss schedule. We do not keep stocks of any product. Wedding Paraphernalia will not be held responsible if you have not ordered items in a timely manner. If payment is made by Paypal and we have to refund, we reserve the right to withhold any fees we are charged.

SAMPLES ARE CURRENTLY TAKING UP TO SIX WEEKS - PLEASE CONTACT US IF REQUIRED SOONER. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER YOUR WEDDING INVITATIONS FROM THE WEBSITE, PLEASE DISCUSS WITH US FIRST REGARDING TIMINGS, COLOURS ETC. OUR SCHEDULE IS EXTREMELY BUSY. IF AN ORDER IS PLACED WITHOUT OUR PRIOR KNOWLEDGE, THESE ORDERS WILL BE FITTED INTO THE SCHEDULE AS AND WHEN WE CAN (CURRENTLY ABOUT 8 WEEKS).

Any personalised gifts and accessories will be sent directly from the printer - additional postage costs will apply.

ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES ARE TO BE PAID BY THE RECEIVER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON RECEIPT.

Any product from China, Canada or USA may take up to six weeks. Please note all lottery ticket envelopes and pocketfolds are special order from the USA and can take up to six weeks. These items are classed as special order and are non-refundable; this also includes wedding cake toppers, jewellery and wedding garters.

Please note, samples may not arrive in your specified colours as we do not hold stocks of all colours, cards, ribbons and will not be personalised. We reserve the right to send out samples in neutral colours - unless full deposits have been paid for an order. There is a minimum order of 10 for all wedding stationery except for table plans. Please only purchase samples from the website - not your full order.

On occasion, we can reschedule our work to fit in last minute bookings. However, these bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking by bank transfer. We do not accept credit/debit card payments for such bookings. If you then decide to cancel, refunds will be at the discretion of the Wedding Paraphernalia partners and will be dependent on stocks ordered and work already undertaken.

DEFINITIONS

"we", "us", "our" is defined as Wedding Paraphernalia and all its associated staff and associated companies including and not limited to Diary Moments, The Celebration Store, Jo Nicholson, paraphernalia4weddings and The Northants Wedding Centre.

"you" is defined as the user of www.weddingparaphernalia.co.uk and all associated sites on the worldwide web.

CONDITION OF USE

By accessing Wedding Paraphernalia's website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. You should not access or use this website if you do not agree with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notification.

PRICE OF GOODS

All pricing detailed on the site is deemed to be correct. We reserve the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of the manufacturer increasing their prices.

SAMPLES OF WEDDING STATIONERY AND WEDDING FAVOURS

All samples are charged per item, just add them to your shopping cart. Postage and packing is £1.00 regardless of how many samples you order.

Please note that postage and packing is only £1.00 if you do not add any chargeable products (i.e. gifts, etc) to the cart.

If you wish to see samples of blank cards including pocketfold invitations, these are available at a single price plus £1.00 postage & packing; please email or call us for information.

Please allow 28 days delivery on all samples of stationery and favours. However, during January, February and March plus the summer months this may be extended due to workload - we must give the brides that are getting married that week priority. If you require them before this, please email or call us.

We will not refund samples of wedding invitations and wedding favours unless you are able to prove that they have in fact been lost in the post - all our products are sent with return address and in the event of a wrong address, are returned to us at which stage we will refund you.

If you wish to use our stationery services, a £50 non-returnable deposit will secure your time in our schedule.

PAYMENT

Payment is through bank transfer or Paypal. You are fully responsible for informing us of your correct and full delivery address. If a different delivery address is stated, we will not process the payment unless a landline number is given - a mobile number is not sufficient in this case. We will not process an order if an incorrect email address is given. For orders over £75 we charge a fee of 4% if paid through Paypal.

Please note that no goods will be despatched until funds have cleared.

Once personalised wedding stationery orders have been processed, your order cannot be cancelled - this is due to the time we have taken to prepare your proofs, the cost of stocks and the time that has been scheduled to produce the stationery.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND COLLECTIONS

Our postage rates reflect the weight and insurance cost of the product.

£0.00 to £49.99 = £4.95
£50.00 to £74.99 = £8.50
£75.00 to £499.99 = £15.00
£500.00 to £1499.99 = £25.00

All table plan only orders will be shipped by courier at the cost of £15.00.

Please contact us if you wish to have your products delivered by express - there may be an additional charge for this.

Wedding Paraphernalia will only ship products to UK mainland addresses. By agreement we may ship to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands as long as courier costs are covered, from a minimum of £25.00 - please email us to discuss further.

if a product is out of stock or you increase your order and you wish items to be sent at a later date - these will be sent by normal mail unless you pay increased postage costs.

It is your responsibility to ensure that we have a correct postal address prior to despatch of goods. Parcels are returned to us if not collected from the Post Office in a timely manner or if Parcelforce has tried to deliver twice (cards are left through the door and the courier is instructed to give us an indication of type of door to clarify correct address). You will be responsible for all return costs. If you want to change delivery address after despatch by courier, there is a £35 charge.

All products are shipped Monday to Thursday either by Royal Mail or by 24/48 hour courier. All courier parcels will require a signature.

We will endeavour to ship your products (excluding wedding stationery and wedding favours) within 28 days (subject to availability) - however we will notify you if there is to be a further delay. If in stock, most items are shipped the day funds are cleared. Please note that most handmade items will be despatched within six weeks. Please contact us if you require an express service.

No products will be despatched without cleared funds.

PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT SHIP CHOCOLATE PRODUCTS IF THE WEATHER IS DEEMED TOO HOT!

STOCK

Being a small business, we do not hold stocks and the majority of our products are drop-shipped via our wholesalers. Please contact us if you need something urgently.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. The following exceptions apply:

a) Cosmetic products
b) Earrings, jewellery and wedding garters
c) Books
d) Personalised items, including but not limited to stationery, favours and engraved products
e) Perishable products, including but not limited to favour fillings and chocolates.
f) Special orders from Envelopments ®

Customers are liable for return postal charges and we have the right to charge for collection of cancelled orders which have not been returned.

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on goods changed or payments refunded at our discretion.

If any item is found to be faulty on receipt, please contact us immediately. We will be responsible for delivery costs for faulty items returned to us. When returning items, please ensure you enclose the appropriate paperwork as supplied with your items. All refunds will be processed within 21 days from receipt of package and will be in the form of original payment made, ie. debit/credit card, cheque or postable order.

All goods remain your responsibility until received by Wedding Paraphernalia, so please ensure you return any goods with the appropriate amount of insurance i.e. recorded, special or courier delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

All goods and services ordered through Wedding Paraphernalia are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. No goods or services will be shipped or commenced until full payment is received and cleared through the banking system. This ensures that full ownership is passed to you at point of shipment or commencement of service. All products remain the property of Wedding Paraphernalia until full payment is received and cleared.

2. Once the goods have been received, all risk of damage to or loss of shall be with you.

3. We are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act, which provides you with a 14 day "cooling off" period after the order is received during which time you are able to cancel or return the full or part order. However, this only applies to goods which are returned unopened in their original packaging and are unused. The following exceptions apply:

a) Cosmetic products
b) Earrings, jewellery and wedding garters
c) Books
d) Personalised items, including but not limited to stationery, favours and engraved products
e) Perishable products, including but not limited to favour fillings and chocolates.
f) Special orders from Envelopments®.

Please ensure anything returned is within seven days and for your own protection, ensure the parcel must be signed for. We take no responsibility for lost, returned goods.

4. A £50 non-refundable deposit is payable for any decoration services. This secures the date and is deducted from your final bill. All decoration services should be paid for one month prior to the event unless cancelled. No monies will be returnable if cancelled two weeks prior to event, 50% will be returnable (less £50) if cancelled between four to two weeks one day prior to event. If your event is postponed for any reason, please contact us to check new date availability.

5. A £50 non-refundable deposit is payable to secure your time in our schedule for wedding stationery. We do not need a finalised design to secure this slot.

6. When you receive your confirmation of order, it is your responsibility to check that pricing and description of goods is correct. Please contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

7. Please contact us, if not prompted, with any information regarding personalised items.

8. Please remember that due to the nature of handmade products, there may be differences to each piece.

9. Please note that all Envelopments ® products are special orders from the USA and are therefore non-returnable.

10. Your statutory rights are not affected by any terms and conditions stated above.

RIGHTS GRANTED/RESERVED

The content of this website and any associated websites is for your personal use only and must not be downloaded. You agree not to copy, distribute, reproduce or create derivative works from the content, including products seen within photographs. Please do not create links in any way from your own PC to the graphics on our website - since this is deemed to be theft of bandwidth and we will follow up accordingly.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Wedding Paraphernalia is registered with the Data Protection Act on a voluntary basis. Any financial information you give us is stored on the Romancart secure website and is destroyed after 7 days or through the nornal policies of Paypal. We provide your Personal Information to necessary third-parties from whom you purchase products through Wedding Paraphernalia.

On occasion, we may use your personal information to inform you of events being held, new products and special offers. If you do not wish to receive such information, please contact us directly on weddings@weddingparaphernalia.co.uk and we will remove your personal information from our database.

If you feel that we have not kept to our personal information principles, please notify us immediately.

AVAILABILITY

We accept no liability for any "downtime" of this or associated sites. Whilst we will endeavour to provide a continual service, it is outside of our limitations to maintain 100% "uptime". We reserve the right to remove this site at any time either permanently or on a termporary basis for updating and upgrades.

We are not responsible for any of the links that may appear from time to time on this site to third party sites. We are not responsible for any content or availability of such sites.
